Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of crypto currency mining and the wild fluctuations in the market, we are unable to accept any returns or cancellation of orders unless the item is faulty. If your item is faulty and is within the warranty period, you must return the miner to us for repair.
There are exceptions to this policy:
- Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission first;
- Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges;
- Burnt parts on hash boards or chips;
- Miner/boards/components damage due to water immersion or corrosion due to wet environment.
All purchases of mining machines are classed as a business to business purchase. They are brought purely in order to generate a profit and as such you are classed as a business customer and not a consumer. Please bear this in mind when deciding to make a purchase or not.
Should your purchase develop a fault and is covered under the manufacturers warranty; we can advise you on the necessary steps to take to have it repaired. Please note that we do not guarantee any of our products outside of 14 days and by purchasing from us you agree to contact the manufacturer directly. We may agree to repair your product ourselves at our discretion.
As our mining machines are bought to generate an income, this is classed as a business purchase and as such we recommend you carry out extensive research on the products to ensure that you understand how they work and the risks involved in the crypto-currency mining business. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of income under any circumstances.
No returns are accepted on discounted products or sales items.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances other than an item being out of stock or damaged before it reaches us.
Delays in delivery
We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. As mining machines must be ordered up to 3 months in advance delays can inevitably occur. This can happen when the manufacturer is late delivering a batch. Should this happen we shall endeavour to keep you informed, but will not be held responsible for loss of income during this period.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales items are non refundable once purchased
We do not accept exchanges
All goods will be sent recorded delivery and a tracking number will be provided
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us or the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Collection is not available an any products.
